Positive people who want to make a difference, seeing people being successful at whatever they choose to do, holidays to Greece and France, and most sports (especially golf).
Dislikes
People who intentionally hurt others and work against peaceful or positive resolutions (at whatever level), people being left out of conversations when they may have so much additional knowledge to contribute, and trying to get anywhere quickly with increased traffic year on year and more traffic lights being introduced.
Brings to the team
As an external consultant, i provide a different angle/ perspective and have the opportunity to challenge the organisation to help it achieve its ambitions. I just love seeing this organisation being successful and going from strength to strength.

Lifetime ambition
To buy a house in rural France, develop a greater fluency with the language and spend many hours days and months enjoying the peace and tranquility, oh and of course the mandatory glass of wine!
Guilty pleasure
It's got to be the numerous BBQ's out on the decking in the summer (when we have one!), I love cooking and good friends enjoying each others company, sharing stories and generally having fun.
Unusual fact
I once attended a small business dinner and sat on the table with the guest speaker, Dame Stella Rimington. She was, at the time, the first ever woman to hold the post of director general at MI5, it was a wonderful insight into culture and the changes she had influenced.
Favourite Applelec experience
Developing the company's strategy and ambition with such a great team of directors and already beginning to see a difference in business growth, performance and the shaping of a powerful and constructive culture. It's a great place to be!
