Production Coordinator

We have a position to fill in our Signage Production Team as a Production Coordinator. The job role involves managing the production process once a customer places an order to the goods leaving the factory.

This is a demanding role and the right candidate needs to have strong time management skills, good attention to detail and is able to deliver high levels of customer service. Knowledge of signage would be advantageous as is the ability to read technical drawings and produce basic artwork. Being technically minded is a must to succeed in this role. 

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 08.30 to 16.30 (35 hours)

Holiday entitlement is 21 days per annum plus statutory bank holidays. 

Transport Coordinator

Part-time, temporary role to cover maternity leave (Approx. start date April 2020)

We are looking for a temporary Transport Co-ordinator to work part-time to cover maternity leave. This role is very deadline driven and so requires both good organisational and teamwork skills. Good communication skills are also necessary as there will be interaction on all levels from customers, to the shop floor to suppliers.

Responsibilities include:

  • The booking of freight and special delivery collections where needed
  • Booking orders in with TNT and manifesting at the end of the day
  • Updating and co-ordinating our company delivery vans
  • Printing delivery notes
  • Dealing with any transport issues
  • Liaising with suppliers such as couriers
  • Tracing proof of delivery when needed
  • Booking van’s in for services / MOT’s / repairs when needed

  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Works well in a team as well as independently
